• Land purchased subject to planning permission
• Speculative house or land buying

Over many years, we have gained experience in planning matters. We work closely with planning consultants and architects, as knowledge of Local Authorities and Government Policy is invaluable in guiding us to the possibilities that are potentially achievable.

We realise that obtaining planning approval can sometimes be a sensitive matter and therefore our discretion is guaranteed.
